We offer a generous benefits package and opportunities for flexible home-working. View our Careers page and find the next step in your career.
Stroma Academy
As a Registered Building Control Approver, we recognise that our role within the Built Environment is really important; keeping people safe in buildings. Our Stroma Building Control Academy is a dedicated development programme to train junior building inspectors towards CABE chartership. The two-year programme combines theoretical knowledge of Building Regulations with practical, on-site experience alongside experienced inspectors. Academy candidates are offered access to regular CPD sessions as well as dedicated training support to help them build their portfolio of experience and enable them to gain professional chartership.
