What you can do in the Building Control Portal
Track your project – View the status of your projects, from application through to completion
Provide updates – Keep your project moving forward by submitting updates and important information quickly and easily.
Access Documents- Upload outstanding evidence and download Stroma documents all in one secure place.
Request Site Visits- Request inspections for a day that fits you. Your surveyor will confirm the request.
Complete Legal Documentation – Complete and submit legal documents such as the Compliance Declaration online.
Stay Notified – Receive Notifications when information has been uploaded to your project.
Please Note: Access to our Building Control Portal will be granted at the Initial Notice stage. A link to sign up or log in to our portal will be provided within our Initial Notice email. Full access to our Portal will only be granted to users listed as Dutyholders on projects. If you are already listed as a Dutyholder on a project and signed up to use our Portal, you can log in here: https://portal.stromabc.com/Account/Login
