Senior / Principal Building Inspector
Location – South London
Salary – Up to £70,000 (DOE)

Our Role
We are looking for a Senior Building Inspector or Principal Building Inspector to join our Petts Wood team to assist in covering the South London area, ideal locations to be in and around are Battersea, Peckham, Herne Hill, East Dulwich, Herne Hill.
We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
- BSR registration of Class 2 A – F, plan checking and site inspection
- Previous in-house or external building control experience
- Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
- Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
- Current valid driving licence
You will receive
- Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
