Background
Stroma Building Control is providing Building Control on Phase 3 of the Coram Campus in Brunswick Square, London. We have also worked on previous developments at the school campus which included a 2-storey annexe and entrance forecourt. We also worked on a detached 2-storey building to provide a therapy pavilion and ancillary offices. This latest phase will be the construction of a 3-storey education block, comprising reception lobby, meeting rooms, lecture theatre, kitchen and WC facilities. The project was made possible by the Queen’s Trust and Buckingham Palace has agreed to allow Coram to name the building, ‘The Queen Elizabeth II Centre’.
