JHAI ceased ongoing trade at the time of merging into Stroma Building Control and its registration as an Approved Inspector ceased in law at the end of September 2024. For these reasons, the need or ability to comply with some of the responsibilities under the Building Control Performance Standards fell away at that date. JHAI can no longer share project information directly and Stroma Building Control’s access to legacy systems is limited. We therefore cannot share project information for projects that were either fully complete or were cancelled under the JHAI licence. Stroma Building Control is able to share initial notices and final certificates on receipt of an administration fee, but we cannot share further documents.
