Stroma Building Control is proud to have been the Building Regulations provider of choice for the new headquarters building of Admiral Insurance. The city centre building offers 243,000 sq. ft. and is Cardiff’s largest ever pre-let office development. Standing 11 storeys high, with 3 floors of basement car parking, the development took 2 and a half years to construct and was completed in 2014. It is now home to some 2,400 Admiral employees who have been relocated from 3 other locations in the Welsh capital.
